I’m so excited to share this conversation!

Tracey Gee is a leadership coach and consultant who is passionate about working with vision-driven leaders, especially women of color. She has over 20 years of experience in ministry designing training experiences and resources. Tracey is certified in three frameworks – Gallup StrengthsFinder, Cultural Intelligence, and the Enneagram as tools to help leaders grow in self-awareness, development, and healthy teams. She is also a published author of a book by and for Asian American women called “More Than Serving Tea.”

I had so much I wanted to chat with Tracey about! In this episode, we dig into the journey of finding her voice and how her Chinese heritage influenced this. She shares about her “war counsel”, her deep, trusted group of friends and why this is so needed and important to her. We also talk about strengths finder, what it is, what led Tracey to become a coach and also some next steps if you want to go deeper with the tool.
