A Growing Home Podcast is live! You can find it on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. 

In the inaugural episode, I’m sharing about the journey that led me to starting this podcast. I hope that this is a space where either you find a voice that sounds familiar to you because it’s like your own, or that your world can get a little more color in it, hearing from a different experience.

A few years ago, I started having a word for the summer. The first time I chose the word “play.” After many months in school, I wanted my kids to be outside digging around in sand and running around playgrounds.
I’m launching a new Instagram account! @asiancatholicwoman is where I’ll be exploring the Catholic faith through my Asian-American lens.
“I think one thing that’s strengthened in me is an admiration for immigrants... Now, having moved over here, I just feel how hard it is. There are times when I’m with my Thai co-workers in a staff meeting; and there’s who I am, and then there’s this language barrier. All of who I am, the humor, the nuance, it can’t come out. And, that’s hard.”
